Front Office

We are excited to offer a few more services for your practice. You do not need to use our billing service in order to use our Practice Management program.  We offer:

  • Online appointment scheduling, including multiple providers, multiple locations, waiting list and more
  • Posting and tracking payments, and print receipts 
  • Print customized letters, consent forms, eductional handouts and management reports
  • Document imaging; quickly attach any pertinent image to a client record
  • Client information including photographs, demographic information, insurance, financial history, appointment history, uploaded documents and statement activity
    • Our Front Office tools are web-based, which is an advantage for your practice. Your computer becomes your portal and you can access the information from any computer with internet access. All data is stored on the company’s secure server, not on your computer. This is very important for those who use a laptop or PDA, as those are frequently lost or stolen. By using a web-based program, your clients’ information is never compromised.

The program can be used by a MacIntosh (with a virtual envirnment) and is compatible with most PDAs.

Interested in Electronic Medical Records, or EMRs? Our Front Office program is able to interface with any EMR that can produce an HL7 file (and most do). Specifically, we have had positive results with the following EMR programs:

Front Office increases the cooperation and collaboration between your office and ours. The data entry is live, meaning when we enter your client information on our billing (back office) side, it automatically and nearly immediatley appears on your Front Office. When you enter client information to schedule an appointment, it appears on our billing side, thus eliminating the double entry that happens in most midwifery offices. This saves everyone time and money.
